The Challenge

Client required the implementation of changes to the order approval process and integrating e-signature capabilities in sales operations. They required a new order approval process which may face resistance from both sales staff and customers who are accustomed to the old system. To address this, they required a thorough training and communication about the benefits of the new process. Highlight how it streamlines operations, reduces errors, and enhances security.

Implementing a field service process where workers create work orders on-site, gather necessary details, and store information in SharePoint before seeking customer approval.

The Challenge

We suggested the client to go with the Dynamics 365 Sales and Field Service which is a powerful technology that helps businesses to improve their corporate system. We established a structured folder hierarchy in SharePoint to categorize and organize the files uploaded by field workers. Created separate folders for each work order or customer to maintain clarity and accessibility. We have implemented order approval process and integrated e-signature capabilities into the system.

Developed a mobile-friendly interface or application for field workers to create work orders on-site. Include fields for capturing essential details such as customer information, job specifications, time spent, materials used, etc. This provides a clear guidelines and training to field workers on collecting and documenting relevant information during service visits.

Encourage them to capture images, videos, notes, and any other data that may be useful for job completion and customer approval.
